Today was a great day. We left Arenal, and headed out for Monteverde. About half way up, we stopped at an elementary school where the students had prepared dances for us to watch. Then they had our kids join them, and had our kids do a dance. After dancing it was time to play. They played soccer, duck duck grey duck, human knots, and hung out trying to communicate.
Afterwards we were back on the bus to our hotel. We checked in and then headed off to the cloud forest. We went on a great hike but didn´t see too many birds.
OH! I forgot! On our drive today, we saw tucans, howler monkeys, and a two'toed sloth with a baby! how cool is that!
Tonight we hang out, do some homework, write a few postcards, and relax.
No pictures today b-c this computer is horrible! Hopefully tomorrow I can find a better one.
All is well here and the other teachers on this trip are SO impressed with our kids!
